Revitalizing A Company Vision With Empathetic Communication

Client Need

Tony Kula’s company, meetyoo, had outgrown their original vision of becoming the #1 teleconferencing provider in Germany. With a focus on becoming the world’s premier Digital Event company, Tony realised he needed to evolve his company’s vision to connect their message with international customers.

Our Approach

First, I identified 3 problems with meetyoo’s current vision—“Empowering everyone to experience sustainable events”—lack of target market, unclear value, and “sustainable events” might create the wrong impression. After hearing Tony share what makes meetyoo unique, I discerned their missing piece by empathising with their users: meetyoo’s advantage over live events is convenience. Attendees can attend Digital Events from anywhere.


Using this insight, we crafted the company vision together: “Empowering global communities to experience live events in the most convenient way.” I then produced content for Tony that connected meetyoo’s new vision with key stakeholders. meetyoo now has a clear north star to focus their communication around.
